The views from the hotel are stunning and I really enjoyed the included breakfast. the staff was also helpful with arranging tours.

My Christmas stay was marred by several issues. the room didn't have air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable during the hot days.

This hotel is deep in the beautiful Peruvian jungle by a breathtaking lagoon. You can enjoy kayaking and other water sports straight from the hotel's shore. the rooms are spacious and modern with balconies showing off views of the stunning lake. Breakfast is included and the employees keep the facilities gleaming. You can look forward to going out on horseback or renting a jet ski to explore the area - there are endless activities to choose from.

The hotel lacks any soundproofing which makes it difficult to enjoy yourself when your neighbors are noisy.

I loved the hotel's location right by the shores of the El Sauce Lagoon, offering stunning views and access to activities like canoeing and horse riding. The staff was very attentive, and they offered a reliable shuttle service to the airport at a fair price. Additionally, the resort's common areas were beautiful and well maintained with lush green surroundings.
